We provide education, yoga, teaching, research, and healing through yoga therapy, mind-body integrative therapy, classical yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and therapeutic trauma-informed somatic therapy, and that creates sustainable transformation to those who seek to experience their full potential. Bridging the thinking self to the innate wisdom of the physical body
Established in 2015. We became the mid west’s leader in embodiment. We have published evidence based trauma and diversity research and trauma-informed yoga training with CEU’s to a variety of professionals. We have served as a leader in Michigan for therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed, and somatic therapies. Over the years, the institute has refined bridging yogic and modern therapeutic transformation to deepen awareness and presence, and to help people live a full life.
Institute Founder Raechel Morrow collaborated on a study recently featured in the Journal of Creativity in Mental Health. The Body Mind Being Institute continues to collaborate with our local community to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of our community and our world. She has been contributing to this field over the last 18 years.
