AS SEEN IN

Have you healed, help others, met most of your goals but something is still missing?

Maybe there is still longing or truth locked in your soul or you are not walking your own authentic path and it is time to go all in-time to jump!

Master the tools to live on your GROWING EDGE. This is the place where you can truly see the full view , a place of awesomeness, alive with endless possibilities. Yet, playing this edge can often be sharp and dangerous. One step too far, and you’re over the edge, which is why most people hesitate and miss out. But remember, it’s in this space, this ‘growing edge ‘, that the body mind being institute teaches grounding, vulnerability, mindfulness, and to let go of control.

But Instead

Most people are so overwhelmed and spread thin that they have forgotten how to live in their own flow. To solve problems, grow, and create through a path of creativity, a higher consciousness, and curiosity over the grind and working more and more. Their life is mundane and they are tired and trapped. Yet deep down there they know there is still more they want to give the world and more life has for them.

WE ARE A HEALING CONTAINER FOR CONNECTION

Established in 2016. We became the Midwest’s leader in embodiment. We hold the perspective that yoga can be used to become aware of, and build, your way of BEING. That’s the critical bit. Embodiment can be defined as the bodily aspect of WHO and HOW we are, and yoga can restore your natural blueprint.
For 12 years, The Body Mind Being Institute has been guiding students to realize and step into their own unique practice and empower individuals seeking to create impactful change in their own life and community. We are a spiritually focused organization of facilitators who are brought together on a foundation of love, self-acceptance, personal growth, and deep connection. If you are committed to the art of being fully human, know deeply the power of human connection in transformation, and ready to breathe new life into ancient healing traditions, you are home. Tap into your own inner resources, essential to the actualization of your true self!

MEET Raechel

Hi, I am Raechel! To sum it up, I provide experiences of profoundness, to locate the hidden gems in all of us. I have devoted my life to helping conscious individuals alchemize trauma, reach their highest potential, as a pathway to the sacred. However, there is more to my story than that. Despite my supposed success, at forty, a few truths inside grew until they shouted. What is living in freedom REALLY like?  In the past, I had built my life too much in the masculine, and it would be only a matter of time before I was burned out again. I had many tools but could never find the balance of doing and being. My offerings to the world were not as desirable to me as they once were, and I wanted to make more of an impact in the world. There were parts of me I was still hiding, and I had sacrificed sacred parts of myself to secure belonging in the external world. At forty-one, I decided to enter a sacred journey to freedom that took years. I would not live inauthentic anymore; I would walk my own path that was actualized, understood, aware, and utterly true to me no matter what. I prioritized my life as sacred. Furthermore, I restored my relationship with the sacred feminine and masculine.  I left my business partnership, worked as minimal as possible for one year, and did nothing that would progress anything externally, like my business, income, or education. I got still, quiet, and listened for a LONG time. Not only that, I literally unmade myself; I left behind old ways of doing things. I found out what freedom is, holding PEACE, LOVE, GRATITUDE while on the edge where life is expansive.

This is where I learned to accept unconditionally. True acceptance cannot occur when you are on top of the world. Later, these buried parts showed me my true potential and the gifts I had been given. Interestingly, these archetypes that I only caught a glimpse of during my time of success are now fully unburied as truly integrated parts of me over time. Now, I can see the suffering, burnout, and feelings of a lack of meaning in many leaders around me. My experiential and embodied approach connects the dots to experience those ‘aha’ moments where you are guided from within. After one experiences my work, people describe profound transformation and shifts, such as increased self-awareness, clarity of purpose, and a deeper connection to their inner selves. A life balanced between doing and being, the masculine and feminine, sacred and mundane. I hope you experience the art of wandering, being still in relationship with your intuition, and the embodiment of deeply listening to your soul to find the endless possibilities in your life.
