This will be a beautiful group practice and a time to experience the work of Ayurveda in action in your body.
Section 2-$95.00- Sunday 12:30-4:00pm The Daily Routine, Yoga for the Doshas, Food for the Doshas The daily routine is the key to a successful Ayurvedic practice to prevent disease. Discover and learn what an Ayurvedic daily routine can entail, and how to create the right one for the season and your dosha. Food is medicine – it can bring our body in or out of balance – learn to use the 20 gunas/qualities to look at food in a new light and become much more intuitive about what you put in your body.

Logan has been an Ayurvedic Practitioner for 10 years. She started studying with the amazing Dr. Vasant Lad, at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM after becoming a certified yoga teacher in Asheville, NC in 2006.
Logan’s joy and genius comes from combining the awareness of the body, mind, and soul to help people change their lives from mundane to joyful. She coaches clients on mindset shifts to create higher vibrations in their belief systems and attract the lives they truly desire from a soul level. She offers programs designed to immerse you into the world of self-responsibility and Abundance Mindset. A true wake-up call to pivot out of the negative self talk that creates patterns of self-sabotage and looming negativity. Learn holistic tools to practice between each session to uncover a more authentic version of your True Self- one who is deserving of happiness and capable to feel and move through the darkness when it arises.
