Logan has been an Ayurvedic Practitioner for 10 years. She started studying with the amazing Dr. Vasant Lad, at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM after becoming a certified yoga teacher in Asheville, NC in 2006.
Logan’s joy and genius comes from combining the awareness of the body, mind, and soul to help people change their lives from mundane to joyful. She coaches clients on mindset shifts to create higher vibrations in their belief systems and attract the lives they truly desire from a soul level. She offers programs designed to immerse you into the world of self-responsibility and Abundance Mindset. A true wake-up call to pivot out of the negative self talk that creates patterns of self-sabotage and looming negativity. Learn holistic tools to practice between each session to uncover a more authentic version of your True Self- one who is deserving of happiness and capable to feel and move through the darkness when it arises.
